Group reformer class stretching side-body in the Valley Studio room

Est. 2024

A small studio built for consistent work.

Valley Studio opened in West Hempstead with one simple idea: to give people a space where practicing two or three times a week can truly change how they feel.
Purpose, consistency, passion .

Founder

Daniela Baeza

Daniela founded Valley Studio and teaches alongside our team of certified instructors. Clients describe her classes as challenging and never the same twice, structured so that a first-timer and someone a year in can work side by side in the same fifty minutes.

That is deliberate. Cues are specific, the pace is yours to hold, and the point is never to survive a class — it is to leave able to do a little more than last week.

There is no secret to it. Just consistency, and a room that makes coming back easy.

How we train

Breath first, then everything else.

Pilates starts with breathing correctly. From there the work is controlled, deliberate and repeatable — which is exactly why it holds up week after week.

  • Fifty-minute classes, start to finish.
  • Every class is unique, so the work keeps progressing.
  • Small-studio attention, including in group classes.
  • Private sessions when you want a slower, personal start.
